Oven Forming / Drape Moulding

HSP Plastics has an extensive plastic moulding service. We can produce any of your requirements from prototypes and one offs, to full production runs, in addition to a comprehensive design and installation service.

With the installation of our new airflow oven, we are able to form or drape mould even larger mouldings of up to 2,500mm in length. Whatever your requirements, with a variety of oven sizes to utilise at HSP Plastics, we are able to accommodate your requirements.

We also offer a full in-house tool-making facility to suit individual design concepts, or are able to work from your original formed tools in either wood resin or metal.
